Jay's TechBench - BSOD Diagnostic & Repair Toolkit v1.1
Windows 10/11 | Run locally as administrator

GET STARTED
1. Extract the ZIP into a folder on the affected Windows PC.
2. Review Jays_TechBench_BSOD_Toolkit.bat in a text editor.
3. Right-click the BAT and choose Run as administrator.
4. Start with J to export evidence before running repairs.
5. Use the letters shown in the menu, A through L.

MENU
A: Display the 30 most recent critical/error System events.
B: Open Event Viewer.
C: Open Reliability Monitor.
D: Run SFC /scannow after confirmation. Repairs protected system files.
E: Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth after confirmation.
Runs SFC if DISM succeeds. A restart-required result asks you to restart manually.
F: Open Windows Memory Diagnostic after confirmation.
Its dialog can schedule a restart; save work first.
G: Run CHKDSK /scan against the Windows volume after confirmation.
Intended for NTFS; not a full physical disk-health test.
H: Driver Verifier status, reset, or advanced manager.
Advanced diagnosis only: enabling verification manually can trigger crashes.
The toolkit does not enable it automatically.
I: Display system information.
J: Export a timestamped diagnostic folder and open it in Explorer.
K: Show recent crash/unexpected-shutdown-related System events.
L: Exit.

REPORTS
Default location: %PUBLIC%\Documents\Jays_TechBench_BSOD
Includes System.evtx, system information, drivers, crash/dump settings,
dump-file listings, storage and device information, and recent events.
Raw crash dumps are listed, not copied or analyzed.
Reports may contain usernames, hostnames, paths, driver and event details.
Review them before sharing. Logs stay on the PC unless you upload or share them.

EVENTSAGE
Download EventSage Local from https://github.com/jaytrentwv/EventSage-Local.
Run it on your PC and load the exported System.evtx. No hosted sign-in is needed. For crash dumps, run WinDbg locally and upload !analyze -v
text instead of a raw memory dump.
Large logs can require a smaller event export.

LIMITS
This is a collection of Windows troubleshooting commands, not a guaranteed BSOD fix.
A Kernel-Power 41 or EventLog 6008 record confirms an unclean shutdown,
not its cause. No automatic reboot, driver download, or automatic Verifier enable.
Back up important data before repair work. Don't interrupt repairs.
Static review completed; no Windows execution test was performed in this session.
